Ingredients
The ancient Hawkstone stands proud: looking out over the orchards of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshi Worcestershire, from where we gather the very finest Bish heritage cider apple varieties. Using the fresh pressed juice from the apples picked in those counties, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to six months, before cold-filtering to create a cider that's full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised. Hard to make-easy to drink Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
As printed on the pack, in the producer's own order: ingredients are listed by weight, so what comes first is most of what is in it. E numbers link to their assessment where we have one.
