chicken breast (75%), chilli sauce (18%) [water, sugar, spirit vinegar. tomato purée, bell pepper, garlic, cornflour, salt, jalapeño chilli purée, garlic purée]. sugar, maize starch, maltodextrin, fructose. bell pepper, dried onion, spices, dried garlic, salt, onion powder, flavouring, garlic powder, herbs, citric acid, stabiliser (guar gum), colour (paprika extract), yeast extract, oregano, rapeseed oil, black pepper extract, capsicum extract, lime oil, garlic extract. made using british chicken. chicken breast steaks coated in a sweet chilli marinade with a sweet chilli sauce sachet. cooking instructions remove all packaging. remove the sauce sachet and keep to one side, wash hands thoroughly. pan fry chilled: 12 mins. heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. fry for 11 minutes, turning frequently. empty sauce sachet over the chicken and fry for 1 minute. oven 200°c/fan 180°c/gas 6 chilled: 20 mins. place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. remove from the oven, empty sauce sachet over the chicken and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. caution although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. this product contains raw meat. to avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. wash hands after touching raw poultry. important not suitable for cooking from frozen. not suitable for microwave cooking. all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. check food is piping hot throughout before serving. the chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. if the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear. storage keep refrigerated below 4°c. suitable for home freezing. ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. follow the preparation guidelines above. packaged in a protective atmosphere nutrition when pan fried according to instructions per 100g typical values energy 692kj/
