ASDA MIN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS PER HALF PACK FRY Medium/10-12 Mins Remove all packaging. Season chicken with salt and pepper (optional). Preheat 1tbsp oil in a pan over a medium heat and carefully place the chicken in the pan. Cook, turning occasionally to give an even colour. To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the meat. If the juices run clear, not pink, it is fully cooked through. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. For tenderness and succulence cover with foil and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes after cooking. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. WARNING Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.
