Subject to seasonal availability approx. May to October. We take great care to remove all bones; occasionally some may remain. Let's heat: Shake well before heating. Microwave: Remove lid and replace lightly: 900W 5 1/2 mins stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Careful, it's hot! Hob: Heat for 6 mins over a moderate heat or until piping hot, stirring frequently. Stay delicious: Keep refrigerated. Once opened eat within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. Use within 1 month, defrost thoroughly before heating and use the same day.
