beef mince (60%), pork mince (40%). typical percentage of fat content under 23%. typical collagen/meat protein ratio under 18%. for uk market only. packaged in a protective atmosphere. warning extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain. cooking instructions for best results cook from chilled. remove all packaging. place contents in a pan over a medium heat and add 15ml (1tbsp) of oil, stir frequently until evenly browned. drain off cooking juices if desired. for full cooking instructions, welfare and recycling information please see reverse. storage keep refrigerated at - 2°c to 4°c.
