1/3 of a pack m frozen pre-heat a dry frying pan. ce on a baking tray near the middle of add required amount to the pan. fry over hom packaging. remove required amount from packaging. e oven for 14 minutes. icrowave from frozen a medium to high heat for 6 minutes. stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary. sed on 1/3 of a pack te 800w full power move required amount from packaging. set temperature to 190°c. air fry from frozen based on 1/3 of a pack ace on a microwaveable plate. over and vent. cook for 5 minutes. and for 1 minute before serving. remove required amount from packaging. place into air fryer basket in a single layer. cook for 6 minutes. shake half way through cooking time. igredients nicken breast (85%), water, dried glucose syrup, salt, pea fibre, corn starch, modified orn starch, soya protein, spices, stabilisers: triphosphates, diphosphates
