Ingredients
Wholegrain OATFLAKES (67%), Dried Skimmed MILK, Sugar ALLERGY ADVICE: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD CAPITALS. May also contain nuts and other cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley). PREPARATION: Remove foil lid and add boiling water to the level of the fill line on the inside of the pot. Stir well and stand for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and serve. CAUTION: Product will be hot. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. Once pot is opened, make up and use immediately.
